Terri Bromberg’s art career spans more than 30 years and includes glass for the last 15. She is an Associate Professor in the Art Department at Santa Monica College where she teaches glass, sculpture and 3-D design. At SMC the glass program includes blown, cast, fused, slumped and torch worked glass. Terri has studied many glass working techniques at Pilchuck Glass School, The Studio in Corning, NY, Palomar College and at the Bay Area Glass Institute. She was a recipient of a scholarship award from the Glass Alliance of Los Angeles to attend Pilchuck, as well as winning a full fellowship award from the International Rotary Foundation to earn a Masters Degree abroad. Terri earned a BA from UCLA, and her MA in Manchester, England. Her art glass has won numerous awards in juried competitions and can be found in private collection throughout the US.
